You can beat this disease if, and only if, you
do not give up no matter how much horse-rubbish
some Doctor told you about your chances for survival.
Your chances are dictated by your
ability to get off your ass and do something
positive about your condition.
And with that statement, it's time for my run. It's
cold outside and pretty windy, but I go anyway. It's
harder this way and makes me stronger.
