These are private party ads; we suggest you check things out thoroughly before buying anything. That said, there are some great bargains to be had and we suggest that you do not need to spend $500.00 on a juicer to save your life when a $25.00 used model may do just fine.

We suggest that you exchange telephone numbers and whenever possible, work with someone who has an 'eBay' account and who has great feedback so you know the money you spend will be rewarded with gear that arrives at your door.

You also may wish to have items sent UPS-COD. This is a bit more expensive, but again, the gear will arrive before you have to pay for it.

While we do suggest you buy books and gear that you know will improve your life (again, a juicer should be required equipment for a cancer patient), there may be ads here about 'mushrooms' that cure all, and 'chinese herbs' that do the trick. They may help. They may even cure you, but very likely they will be expensive and you don't need to spend an arm and a leg to get better.
